From October 5–13, the Relax zone will be closed for
technical maintenance.

Maintenance work in the Relax zone

The 16+ Relax Zone will be closed for maintenance from October 5 to 13. We invite you to use the Saunaria Zone free of charge. It will be accessible on these days with a Jamango Zone ticket (for guests aged 16 and older). We apologize for any inconvenience.

What changes during this period:

  • The Relax zone will be temporarily closed — all other attractions remain open as usual.
  • Tickets for the Relax and Saunaria zones for October 5–13 will not be available for purchase.
  • During this period, access to the Saunaria zone is available with a Jamango ticket for guests 16+.

  • If you have a Relax or Saunaria ticket for 5–13 October, you can change your visit date free of charge.
  • In that case, you can also switch zones or cancel your tickets at no extra cost.
