Every treatment is created in a real enclave of relaxation. Book a room for whole hour. Need more? Stay at Suntago Wellness & SPA as long as you wish!

step three Choose your treatments

With a room booked you can choose treatments on site. Decide what you feel like the moment you visit Suntago Wellness & SPA. Pay for treatments after the visit.

Take advantage of the unique face treatments prepared by our partner: the Polish brand Ziaja. Professional Ziaja PRO cosmetics will work wonders on your skin, no matter your age.

Things to know

Booking the visit

We encourage you to book treatments several days in advance. Thanks to this, you will receive the most convenient dates. Our qualified staff will provide you with information about services and recommended treatments.

Cancelling the visit

You can cancel your treatment free of charge 12 hours before the planned start of the treatment. If you inform about resignation from the procedure at a later time, we reserve the right to charge the invoice 50% of the value of the procedure. Failure to show up within the agreed deadline will result in the calculation of 100% of the booked treatment.

Outfit

In the Wellness & SPA zone swimsuit, flip-flops and a towel or a bathrobe applies. You will receive disposable underwear from our staff. We suggest coming without makeup. Please do not bring also any valuables, jewelry or mobile phones to the Wellness & SPA area (we are not responsible for items lost during treatments).

To maintain the highest quality and proper course of your visit to the Wellness & SPA, before the first treatment we will ask you to complete the Guest Card. Thanks to it, our staff will learn about the current state of your health and correctly select treatments for your needs. The staff is not responsible for the consequences of the procedures carried out despite the existing contraindications that were not disclosed.

To avoid irritation, do not on the day of the procedure:

• shave or depilate skin
• sunbathe intensive.

Our staff will provide all body care information after your visit to Wellness & SPA.

We care about the comfort of our guests, that's why we ask you to keep quiet and not use mobile phones in the Wellness & SPA area.

We reserve the right to refuse access to people under the influence of alcohol and to discontinue the procedure in the event of inappropriate behavior.
Children under 16 years old cannot use the Wellness & SPA zone.

Qualified Wellness & SPA staff will take care of extending the effects of treatments and recommend personalized home care. By using the services of the Wellness & SPA zone, you accept the regulations. The Wellness & SPA zone reserves the right to change the offer and opening hours.
