General Information

Suntago Water Park

  • You can rent towels and bathrobes from the Towel Desk located behind the ticket office. The cost of renting a towel is 15 PLN, plus a refundable deposit of 50 PLN. The cost of renting a bathrobe is 25 PLN, plus a refundable deposit of 130 PLN. For flip-flops and other swimming accessories, you can purchase them at Suntago Water Park stores.

  • Suntago Water Park's main lobby has several stores: partner stores (Ziaja, Martes) and the Suntago Gift Shop. 

    There, you can purchase essential items such as swimming accessories, cosmetics for children and adults, and original Suntago gadgets and souvenirs. 

    The second Suntago Gift Shop is located in the Jamango zone.

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas of the Suntago Water Park. They're located in the outdoor areas of Jamango and Relax zones.

    Large maps are located at the Water Park's entrance and at the main communication points throughout the site. Remember, our staff is always available to assist you.

  • If you've lost an item, our staff will hand it over to the head of the ticket office department. To inquire about lost items, please contact us via the chat at https://parkofpoland.com/en/contact. Please note that soaked towels, bathrobes and swimwear are kept for a maximum of 30 days from the day they are found. After this time, these items are disposed of for hygiene reasons.

How can I get to the Water Park?

  • You can find the current Suntago Bus schedule in the "Info & Help" tab: https://parkofpoland.com/en/timetable

  • The cost of a round-trip ticket between Warsaw and Suntago is 38 PLN. The cost of a one-way ticket is 25 PLN.

  • The cost of a round-trip ticket between Żyrardów and Suntago is 18 PLN. The cost of a one-way ticket is 9 PLN.

  • You can purchase the Suntago Bus tickets along with the entrance tickets in our online tickets creator: https://parkofpoland.com/en/creator

    If you've already bought the Suntago entrance tickets and want to add bus tickets, go to tickets creator and skip the first step (don't select any entrance tickets). You can also go to the second step directly by using the following link: https://parkofpoland.com/en/creator/facilities-and-activities

    There, you can select the bus route (Warsaw-Suntago or Żyrardów-Suntago) and departure time.

  • You can get to the Suntago Water Park by bus from Warsaw and Żyrardów. The Suntago Bus departs from the following stops: 

    1. Warsaw, Aleje Jerozolimskie 56: Google Maps 
    2. Żyrardów, Aleja Partyzantów 3/1 (near the railway station): Google Maps

  • Suntago Water Park is located at Nowy Świat 1 Street 96-300 Wręcza. You can get here by car from Warsaw and Łódź by taking the S8 router and A2 highway.

Parking

  • Suntago's parking lot offers 6 fast charging stations for electric cars from the Noxo Energy Network. You can reserve a spot using the Noxo app or website: https://noxo.energy

  • You can park your vehicle in Suntago's parking lot for more than a day. You'll be charged for each day started according to the current pricing: https://parkofpoland.com/en/pricing

  • Yes, you can park any two-wheeled vehicle in Suntago's parking lot. 

    The parking fee for a motorcycle is the same as for a car: 25 PLN for each day started. 

    Bicycles can be parked in designated areas in front of the Water Park entrance free of charge.

  • Yes, you can park an RV in Suntago's parking lot. 

    The parking fee for an RV is the same as for a car: 25 PLN for each day started. 

    Please note that the parking lot doesn't provide any camping facilities, such as electricity or water access.

  • If the parking lot's terminal or barrier doesn't work, please call our support using the terminal's button. The button is located in the upper right corner, above the speaker. Our staff will assist you in solving the problem.

  • All Suntago Village guests with a Suntago Village card can enjoy free parking. Remember to scan your card at the terminal when entering and exiting Suntago's parking lot.

  • The fee for a lost or destroyed parking ticket is 50 PLN. It can be paid at the ticket office.

  • If you have an Unlimited Blue/Red or Unlimited+ Blue/Red card, parking is free. These cards are for our regular customers who renew their Unlimited or Unlimited+ card for another year. When you enter or exit the parking lot, use the card on the scanner.



    For Unlimited and Unlimited+ cards, parking is half price for the first year. To get the discount, show your card at the park's ticket office.

  • The parking fee of 25 PLN is a one-time charge that allows you to park for the entire day. You must exit the Suntago's parking lot no later than one hour after the Water Park closes. 

    Please note that if you leave the Suntago's parking lot and re-enter it, even on the same day, you will be required to pay another fee.

  • The first 60 minutes of parking are free of charge. After that, a fee of 25 PLN per parking space will be charged for each calendar day started. The fee is charged upon each entry, even on the same day.

    Please note that using the parking lot implies acceptance of its regulations.

  • Suntago's parking lot is unguarded. The entry barriers are used solely to mark the parking area. Therefore, every parking lot user must exercise extreme caution, adhere to the parking lot's regulations and follow every sign and marking on the parking lot.

Tickets

    Please note that school visits require a minimum of 15 people, while other organized groups must have at least 25 participants.

  • You can make changes to your tickets by clicking the "Manage tickets" button on our website. Provide the payment number and email address used during the purchase to continue. 

    You can edit the number of tickets and zones, arrival time and ticket type. There is no limit on the number of changes, but the last one must be made by 19:59 on the day before the original date of your visit. Please note that there is a fee of 10 PLN each time you change your tickets. 

    If you need to make changes to a ticket purchased at a promotional price, we'll require you to pay the difference between the promotional price and the current pricing: https://parkofpoland.com/en/pricing

  • No. You can present your online ticket at Suntago's ticket office either electronically, on your device's screen, or as a printed document.

  • Please check your spam folder. 

    If you didn't find the Suntago tickets, please prepare your Tpay transaction number or payment confirmation and contact us via chat at https://parkofpoland.com/en/contact.

  • The entrance tickets can be purchased both in person at the Suntago ticket office as well as through our online tickets creator: https://parkofpoland.com/en/creator

    We strongly recommend online purchases. Guests with online tickets are guaranteed entry to the Water Park and can use the priority ticket offices.

Payments

Pricing and tickets

  • You can purchase tickets using any currency. However, it's possible only during a card payment.

  • When buying tickets online, select "I want an invoice for my company" in the "Order and payment" step and enter the necessary data. The invoice will be automatically generated and sent to you by email along with your purchased tickets. Please note that the invoice cannot be modified after it has been issued. You won't be able to change the date of purchase, buyer's information, or item list. 

    Any natural person will automatically receive a personal invoice by email. If you want to include an address on such an invoice, click "Add your address to personal invoice" in the "Order and payment" step of your purchase. 

    For in-person purchases at Suntago's ticket office, please let our staff know if you need a company or individual invoice before the transaction begins.

  • Weekend prices apply during the summer and winter holiday periods, national holidays, school holidays, weekends, and long weekends. Remember to check the Suntago's current opening hours before your visit.

Payment band

  • Lost payment bands must be reported at Suntago's ticket office immediately. The cost of a lost payment band is 50 PLN plus the settlement for the band's remaining balance.

  • Settle your payment band's balance before leaving the Water Park at the ticket office or using one of the automatic pay stations at each locker room entrance. Please note that the pay stations only accept card payments.

  • The maximum payment band's balance can't be increased. However, the balance is renewed upon settling the payment band.

  • Each payment band has a maximum balance based on the ticket type, set as follows: 

    • Kid under 16 (up to 90 cm) – 0 PLN 
    • Kid under 16 (up to 120 cm) – 50 PLN 
    • Kid under 16 (above 120 cm) – 50 PLN 
    • Teenager (16 - 18 y.o.) – 150 PLN 
    • Adult - 500 PLN

  • We highly advise against taking the payment band off, as it is necessary to access the locker, zones, attractions, and payments in the Water Park.

  • The payment band is a universal proximity key that allows access to zones, attractions, and lockers in changing rooms, as well as making payments in the Water Park.

Vouchers

  • Yes, the Unlimited card can be purchased with the value voucher. Additionally, you can also purchase the special Unlimited card voucher at https://parkofpoland.com/en/vouchers#card

  • The shipping time for physical vouchers is up to 14 days from the order date. After ordering a physical voucher, you will receive an email confirmation immediately, along with an electronic copy of the voucher.

  • The expiration date is printed on each voucher. You can easily verify the date and the voucher balance by clicking on "Vouchers" in the "Tickets & Offer" tab: https://parkofpoland.com/en/vouchers

  • You can redeem your value voucher in 2 ways: 

    1. Online: Click „I have a value voucher” in the last step of your order. 
    2. In-person: Head with your voucher to our ticket office.

  • You can use the value voucher to cover all costs associated with a visit to Suntago, excluding purchasing another value voucher and accommodation at Suntago Village. This includes e.g. entrance tickets, restaurant bills, towel and bathrobe rentals, purchases at the Suntago Gift Shop, and treatments at the Suntago Wellness & SPA.

  • Children as young as 5 years old can enjoy a variety of Suntago attractions with their parents, including the Mamba Adventure River, wave pool, bubble pool, two wading pools, and the Pirates Playground. 

    In the summer, our Jamango zone outdoor area features pools, a wild river, and a water playground for kids to enjoy.

  • The comfort and safety of Suntago guests is our top priority. Therefore, we encourage strictly following procedures and using all park attractions responsibly. 

    We may need to temporarily close an attraction for safety reasons in case of non-compliance or bad weather conditions. The attraction is also closed during maintenance work to ensure it remains in perfect working order for safe usage.

Health and safety

  • Yes, a team of qualified water and medical lifeguards is responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests.

  • Suntago has one medical facility in the Jamango zone. In case of emergencies, please seek the assistance of the nearest staff member.

  • If you are pregnant, please avoid using attractions involving high altitudes and speeds, especially the slides in the Jamango zone. Please consult your attending physician's guidelines before using the Saunaria zone and selected pools to ensure your activities align with your current health condition.

  • Please store your glasses safely before using our slides or saunas. You can leave your belongings on dedicated shelves in each zone. We don't recommend wearing contact lenses in the sauna.

  • Suntago offers a wide range of attractions for all guests. However, please note that some of these attractions may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions, such as those with difficulty using specific saunas or slides. Before enjoying the attractions, we encourage you to consult the regulations available at https://parkofpoland.com

Children and families

Children and families

  • Children as young as 5 years old can enjoy a variety of Suntago attractions with their parents, including the Mamba Adventure River, wave pool, bubble pool, two wading pools, and the Pirates Playground. 

    In the summer, our Jamango zone outdoor area features pools, a wild river, and a water playground for kids to enjoy.

  • You can buy swim diapers at the two Suntago Gift Shops: in the main lobby or the Jamango zone.

  • You can bring special-purpose food for children under 3 years old and for people with food allergies.

  • Suntago doesn't have any minimum age restrictions. We welcome children of all ages. 

    However, only children aged 13 years and older can visit Suntago independently. Each of those younger guests who want to enjoy Water Park attractions on their own should bring proof of age and written permission from their parent or legal guardian.

  • Unfortunately, strollers are not allowed in the pool area due to sanitary regulations. Please leave the stroller in a designated area behind the ticket office. You can enter the Water Park with your child in a baby car seat or baby carrier.

Disabled

  • Yes, we have designated parking spaces directly at the Suntago entrance for guests with disabilities.

  • As a caregiver, you are eligible for the same discount as a person with a disability. Simply select the "Disabled" option when configuring your order for both disabled and caregiver tickets in our tickets creator: https://parkofpoland.com/en/creator

  • Our Water Park is committed to being inclusive and accessible to everyone. While most of the Suntago attractions are designed to be enjoyed by people with disabilities, there are some high-difficulty attractions that require full mobility. 

    As a result, we advise pregnant guests, guests with health issues, and guests with disabilities to avoid these particular attractions. The complete list of attractions is available in the "Things to do" tab: https://parkofpoland.com/en/attractions

    We provide wheelchairs, dedicated gates, and elevators within the park to assist guests with disabilities. 

    Our staff is also trained to operate lifts that help guests access various attractions.

  • Yes, as a person with a disability over 16 years old, you can enjoy discounted entrance tickets. Simply select the "Disabled" option when configuring your order in our tickets creator: https://parkofpoland.com/en/creator/

Food and drink

General information

  • Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing their own food and drink to the Water Park. If our staff discovers any violations of this rule, we reserve the right to expel you from the Water Park without any reimbursement. 

    However, please note that you can bring special-purpose food for children under 3 years old and for people with food allergies.

  • All of Suntago's restaurants, bars, and catering outlets have designated seating areas, which also serve as the boundaries for the dining areas. For safety reasons, it's strictly forbidden to take any food, drinks, and utensils outside the dining area, including pool bars.

  • When entering Suntago restaurants, guests are expected to wear flip-flops and either a bathrobe or a T-shirt.

  • You can pay for meals and drinks at Suntago with your payment band, which you'll need to settle while leaving the Water Park.

Restaurants

  • While we currently don't offer gluten-free options, we welcome guests with such dietary restrictions to bring their own food and enjoy it in the Water Park.

  • While each Suntago restaurant menu includes meatless dishes, we do not currently offer specific vegan options. We provide a list of allergens and detailed dish specifications on-site at the restaurant or catering outlets.

  • We apologize, but we do not take table reservations at our restaurants.

  • Suntago has 4 restaurants. In the Jamango zone, we encourage you to visit Va Bene, Poleczka, and Asiatica restaurants. Additionally, there are numerous catering outlets, such as Pirate Snack Bar, Juice Bar, Sweet Corner, and Ice Cream Point. We also invite our guests to enjoy BBQ Station and Siesta Truck in the Jamango outdoor zone during the summer. In the Relax zone, you will find the Arizona American Burgers restaurant. 

    If you have a ticket to the Relax and Saunaria zones, you can access every restaurant and catering outlet in the Water Park.

Bars and alcohol

  • Bringing and consuming your own alcoholic beverages in Suntago is strictly prohibited. Drinks bought in restaurants, bars and catering outlets should only be consumed in designated areas.

  • Suntago bars are located in 2 zones. 

    In the Jamango zone, you can find an indoor pool bar (open all year), an outdoor pool bar, and a Rooftop bar (open during the summer). 

    In the Relax zone, you'll find the indoor pool bar (open all year), the outdoor pool bar (open during the summer) and the Martini Bar (open all year).

  • We offer beer, wine, cocktails and shots.

  • You may only consume alcoholic beverages purchased within Suntago's restaurants, bars, and catering outlets while visiting. Bringing and consuming your own alcoholic beverages in the Water Park is strictly prohibited.

Accommo­dation

Suntago Village

  • Guests staying at Suntago Village enjoy a 10% discount when purchasing one-day entrance tickets and a 50% discount on second-day tickets when buying them in advance for a two-day visit. These discounted tickets guarantee entry and can be purchased at the Suntago Village reception. For more details, feel free to inquire at the reception desk.

  • The central building at Suntago Village houses a grocery store and a coffee, tea and snack area.

  • Suntago Village hotel day starts at 15:00 (check-in) and ends at 11:00 (check-out). 

    You can arrive early (even first thing in the morning!), park your car in the Suntago Village parking lot and pick up your entrance ticket and payment band at the Suntago Village reception. Then, you can take a free electric bus to Suntago Water Park.

  • The Suntago Village's bungalows are equipped with a full kitchenette including an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and kitchen accessories.

  • The Suntago Village reception is open 24/7.

  • All Suntago Village's bungalows are heated in winter. Additionally, guests can control the temperature using wall-mounted control panels located near the entrance.

  • To reschedule your stay at Suntago Village, please contact us by email at [email protected].

  • Suntago Village hotel day starts at 15:00 (check-in) and ends at 11:00 (check-out). You can extend your stay until 12:00 for an additional fee of 100 PLN, depending on bungalow availability.

  • The bungalows are equipped with either a large king bed or two single beds, along with a double sofa bed, allowing accommodation for up to four people. An infant crib can be provided upon request, depending on its availability.

  • Suntago Village is located at 57 Żukowska Street, 96-320 Świnice, just 600 meters from Suntago Water Park. Village guests can reach the Water Park by taking a free electric bus.
